Kindly follow theses steps to learn how to create custom consultant from scratch:
Step 1: Click on consultant tab in the DFY page.
Step 2: Click on the create consultant button
Step 3: The system gives a pop up with options to create from scratch or use keyword
Step 4: Choose the option to create from keyword
Step 5: Enter business name as keyword and choose a category
Step 6: The system use the business name to prefill the basic details for the consultant.
Sep 7: Enter consultant and add image
Step 8: Click on the Next button
Step 9: Train the consultant with different informatiom source; upload file, enter url link, Add site map, FAQs. KIndly follow this link to find articles on how to train consultant with different information sources.
Step 10: Engage conversation with the consultant on the widget section upon training the consultant.
Step 11: Customize the embeded widget. Kindly follow this link to learn how to customize consultant.
Step 12: See preview of widget with the details updated in real time.
Step 13: Upon sucessfully adding basic details and widget setting, user clicks on the create button.
Sep 14: Consultant is created and added to the DFY consultancy page.
Step 15: You can edit, duplicate and delete consultant.
